Description
This is two illustrations I created for the children’s story The Lonely Giant from Super Great Kids Stories. I combined ceramic models of my giant character with photographic and hand drawn elements. I used clay to make the giant in order to give him a rocky and natural look inspired by mountains and hills and I kept him looking rounded and soft to keep him unthreatening and lovable. I wanted these illustrations to feel comedic and homemade.
